1. I have all rights to the art I create, including commissions.
2. I have the right to refuse any commission that I find uncomfortable to draw or too complex to fulfill.
3. You may NOT sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, or NFT, under any circumstances.
4. You may post commissioned artwork on social or online as long as you credit me.
5. You may not use my art in printed merchandise, or for promotional goods, or services unless you have purchased commercial rights. Otherwise, any artwork created is for personal use only.
4. All art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
5. Do not use my work for AI.6. By commissioning me, you refrain from issuing chargebacks.

commission rules
★ Before commissioning me, make sure you have a picture reference(s) ready! You must also specify what type of commission you want.(example: head-shot, rendered | bust, sketch | thigh-up, rendered, etc.) You should also provide an example of what pose you would want, but if you're indecisive then I will draw any I choose. NO COMPLEX POSES :(★ ALL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UPFRONT!

★ please don't rush me, i do things in my own time, my workprocess can take more than 21+ days, no guarantee.
★ Work process: After I approve your request, you must send payment upfront before I can actually start on the sketch. I can send it through paypal invoicing or you can just send it through my cashapp. After I finish the sketch, I will instagram DM it to you and you can approve whether you like it or not. When approved, no further changes will be made and I will continue with details. After I have finished the final piece, you have the choice for it to be sent through instagram DM or to your email.

refund policy
★ All payments done will be non-refundable. (unless I feel that I may not fulfill your commission, I shall refund you the money back.)
